BANQUET HALL IS NOT HANDICAPP ACCESSIBLE.  ENTER BY WALKING UP 10 STEPS.

No accommodations for children.

Capacity:               150 banquet style chairs. (maximum)

Tables:                  17 round tables.    4-72" round (seats 10 ea); 13-60" round (seats 8 ea).

                                3 six foot rectangle tables - main, gift and cake.

                                 1 three foot rectangle sign in table.

Catering; DJ/Band and Decorating:

                               Do your own or find your favorite caterer, DJ/Band, and or Decorator(linen).

Concessions:        No concession sales. All refreshments have to be provided by Lessee.
                              BYOB with some restrictions.

Rent:                     $ 950.00.  

                                  PLUS  $60/HR for two Security Officers.

                                  PLUS  $100 refundable property damage and extra clean up if needed deposit. 

                                  $500.00 reserves date and goes toward rent.

      Includes:         Four hours of decorating time day of event.  9 am to 1 pm day of event.

Event Time:           Up to Six hours.  Must stop by 12am.

                              Doors open One hour before start time.

                              DJ/Band stops 15 minutes before stop time.  Kitchen must close no later than 11pm.
